Health Informatics Discussion Forum

Good day everyone, I am Abigail from Nigeria and I am a final year medical student. I recently did a project on 'Doctors' knowledge, attitude and willingness to use electronic medical records at a teaching hospital in Nigeria available at https://ojphi.org/ojs/index.php/ojphi/article/view/8416  . This unlocked a desire into developing a career in health informatics. However health informatics is yet to propagated in my country and this makes things a bit discouraging for someone like myself with a desire for medicine and technology. Joining this forum has been one of the best decisions made so far regarding this situation.

I would like to know if there is any organization here in partnership with a Nigerian project on Health informatics that I could volunteer for. I believe this would help me gain insight and experience into this interesting field.
