Overseas vs US Masters programs

  1. Hi, I am about to graduate from a US university with BS in Biology. I am applying to graduate schools now for Health Informatics. I would like to go to school overseas mainly for the joy of living/studying in another country for a couple years. My question is: if I get my Masters in Health Informatics in the UK or the Netherlands, will it be harder for me to come back to the US & find employment? I'm looking at top schools over there but still wondering how the programs may differ since health care systems & technology may be quite different. I appreciate any input.
