Over 10 years of working experience as Management Information System specialist, Monitoring and Evaluation specialist, systems analyst, and trainer. Specialized in training and work experience in clinical and public health programming, project planning and management, Implementation, performance monitoring and evaluation of public health programs and interventions including designing of tools, data collection, data validation, designing databases, data analysis using various software packages, report writing and dissemination of findings at various levels and to all stakeholders at national and international levels. Excellent skills in training, working with all levels of health care service delivery in Uganda and beyond, managing both manual and electronic record management systems, target setting and performance monitoring with a good understanding of tools used in the monitoring of HIV/AIDS in Uganda. Worked with and supported a number of organizations including, the Uganda Ministry of Health specifically with the electronic Health management Information Systems, The AIDS Information Centre (AIC) specifically in Research, MIS\M&E working with JSI, CDC/PEPFAR in-Country implementing partners, Makerere University Joint AIDS Program (MJAP) specifically supporting HIV quality improvement and management (HIVQAL) and supporting clinical data management and reporting in Uganda. And as a team consultant with Health Information Systems Program (HISP), SELEFACO and Shared Hands Uganda, I have with teams of experts supported and strengthened systems in Africa, Latin America and Asia including UNFPA, WHO, UNICEF, PSI, MSH among others. I am a team player, a manager, a director and a technical advisor, able to face challenges, competent to work with profound knowledge and supervision, self-motivated, a coordinator, adviser and contributor, and willing to learn with and from others.
